As a sophomore: Matt played in 17 matches this season in the fourth singles spot.  He captured two conference wins.  He also played in 17 doubles matches, finishing with two wins in the third doubles spot with teammate Mouhamed Diallo.

As a freshman: Matt joined the team in its inaugural year at the varsity level.  As a captain, Matt has played in 11 single matches and 11 doubles matches. He competed in the first seed in singles.

High School: Matt played football, basketball, and tennis while at Lowell Catholic...he was the team MVP in both 2007 and 2008...he was also an all-star in 2008.

Personal: Matt likes to work out and sports...his life goal is to find a career that he will enjoy...his favorite athlete is Andy Roddick...his favorite food is pepperoni pizza...his favorite quote is "work hard and play hard"...he is the son of Joseph and Linda...he has two siblings Nicole and Katie...he is an undecided major.
